CIP (Capital Improvement Program) projects improve the quality of life in San Diego by upgrading essential structures, systems, and facilities that provide critical services. These projects involve substantial investments that benefit the public for decades, including parks, libraries, street improvements, and water and wastewater facilities and pipelines.
Your infrastructure priorities help guide our planning group (Eastern Area Communities Planning Committee) and the city, so please take a few minutes and complete the survey.
